cbioportal.ca hosts the UHN instance of the cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics
Description: The cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics provides visualization, and analysis of large-scale cancer genomics data sets. The original platform is published here: http://doi.org/10.1126/scisignal.2004088. cBioportal.ca builds upon this framework to enable internal and external data sharing within the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, the broader University Health Network, and with collaborators Canada-wide.
